Meme, I've had heaps of problems with CommSecIress since the forced Java 7 upgrade. The depth issue you mention is a new one this morning. More irritating for me is that the broadcast button, which I use hundreds of time each day while scanning the market, now adds a new stock code each time to whatever watchlist I have open. Means I have to refresh my watchlist every few minutes to clear all the unwanted codes. There's also a weird "ghosting" problem in the background.
In other words, it's a typical CommSec upgrade, full of bugs that will take weeks to iron out, if at all.
I emailed Tech Support on Monday with a list of quirks and got the usual reassuring response, but nothing has happened as yet.
