Technically I wouldn't trade invest for previous reasons.

Fundamentally I wouldn't invest in this or any company with overhanging legal issues. And that's just for starters.

I think long term investments especially penny dreadfuls are just trades or investments that have gone bad and people hold onto in hope that one day they might get their money back or profit from. (bottom drawer).

There are millions of other options out there for long term investments, for that option I would always choose a quality global major US blue chip or ETF if I'm not looking for dividends.

Those are investment class trades with no hope attached.
