    The company announcement of 30 January said that EMA had started, but did not have time to finish discussing the TIS /Vitrogro application - and included the following statement...

    "Therefore, the Company does not expect to receive a further update until approximately the 25th February 2013."

    If we haven't heard yet, I would think the reason is that it has still not been discussed and there is still no date for the submission.
