Couldn't Shandong wait until the share price is lower- say 2c- and then just buy out the minorities? They could then remove their capital they put in, and run this outfit on a shoe-string. Despite the fact they put in @ 5c, if they remove the cash, which is still mostly left, they just get an Aussie gold company for fairly cheap.
