It takes time-hard to get cashola as a junior. Look at UNV albeit on a smaller scale for Kangala. Announced back in late Aug 12 that it was concluding funding for 60/40 incl Term Sheets via RMB. 4/3/13-Credit Approval now given but they've still got 'conditions precedent' to be met which they expect to be completed by mid 2013. Similar time line so can't be far away. I reckon Eskom agreement might activate with the completion of total funding but only imo. GL LT's
