i guess its the world we live in when anybody can make an appeal... even a late one.
in yrs gone by a quick TOUGH SHI* would have been the response if they where late.
Just wondering what implications this will have if the title is granted if the appeal was not warrented and chucked out? Will OBL be compensated?
seems to be some horse trading going on in the Derby area... IMO.
