True actually, as after 3 and a half years in France, I have returned to the insanity of Sydney and now have to find myself a job before all my money runs out!!!
What continues to grab my attention is just how narrow this resurgence in the stock market is here in Australia. As mentioned before, it's basically the big 4 banks, some health stocks and high dividend paying companies - but few in number. It's much more "across the board" in Europe and the US by comparison.
The chart attached shows the 12 month share price movement for some key stocks and indices by way of illustration.
