I totally agree about the manipulation that has been going on in TTE shares - and which is visible and obvious even to the proverbial blind drover's dog. 'Insider trading' is illegal, as I posted earlier today. It is a criminal offence. ASIC is getting better and better at targeting any 'inside trading'. How they do this I have no idea - but if anyone has any information or strong suspicions, they simply have to contact ASIC. They have a website with a complaint form. It is ASIC's job to investigate, not us. We small retail investors need all the help and protection we can get against this incredibly manipulated share market - in fact, we would have more legal protection in a Casino. I have read that ASIC is moving against bots and HFT (less such activity in the last 3 months, so ASIC is clearly speaking to the big brokers and investment banks about the new rules coming in). Going by the court cases alone, they are certainly getting better at targeting the inside trading. So if you know anything, give them a hand.
With upramping, totally agree too which is why I always state at the bottom of each post that mine is a personal opinion, as I am not qualified to give investment advice. Stating this covers legal and HC requirements. It is just that...a personal opinion.
Looking forward to the next TTE announcement. Should give us an idea what lies beneath, unless they hit more problems (always a possibility with salt domes which from everything I have read, are very tricky to drill into).
