    The two DR11 wells are shallow ; only half the depth of Norwest's and the shales are deeper in DR11 .

    I've heard various reasons given for drilling them including to improve knowledge of faults .

    Do people think that their main purpose is to fulfill licensing obligations at minimal cost ?
