Snippets I've found recently have suggested weak demand so far this year, and Baotou restarting certainly won't have helped, but again Lynas won't be selling at spot prices.
From memory JPM were forecasting a realised price for Nd/Pr of $60kg FY 14.
We need an uptick in industrial product as much as anything else, demand for associated raw materials, graphite, zircon/mineral sands, etc are all weak, so get off your computer and get back to work and make some more stuff with RE!
