The actual premier is the front man for the rest of the party. One man changing wont change the plans. Premiers are just front men for entire party. They are bringing in another guy that is still going to toe the same line. I don't see this as a big problem. The new guy probably knows more about the process than the last guy based on his portfolio. It may actually be a smart move.
