Does this result lead you you to revise your valuation of AKK?

Do you still think its acreage in the Niobrara isn't worth more than 2K per acre?

It does appear as though this well is going to be as good as the Wattenberg average (at least!).


This result leads me to think there could be something more to Richard Cottee's references to 10K per acre valuations. Not saying this result so far confirm such a high valuation, but he knows more than we do about Pathfinder and the numbers being discussed with JV suitors.
