The TH states"materially price sensitive announcement"-"proposed placement" & "Board restructure"-Considering AVA trades at near cash backing & almost nothing for the Botswana Coal or $10m to come eventually from African Barrick Gold,AVA holders must surely be in for some good news-As an aside ,African Barrick Gold had a presentation out on 20/02 on their whole operation & the Kenya project from which we await the $10m was very prominent.From the recent volume of AVA ,it also appears there has been no leak of the news either-
