so we had 6 months to go from there (hartleys) 21/9/12 report to get to there projected 10 cents.

Now we have another 12 months to get to there 8 cents call

but no reason given why they have lowered there projected price point??

I would have expected a small explanation why they have made this change.??
what is there reason for this??

Market sentiment,not the flow rates they where thinking of getting, delays,costs, just there reasons for there change.
