Note 13 is interesting it looks to me as though they overpaid for this business by at least $1 million.Note 2 at least the debt is rolled over till Sept 14 but will still need to perform next 6 months.What the results are telling as the report is that employee expenses may need more of a cut.The revenue slide is still a concern and trying to keep expenses at pace with this not easy.
