Despite your rather dismissive sentiments toward my recent imput, I decided to be a bigger man and reveal my latest communication with Collin Ellison.
I emailed him asking if they intended a cap raise within the next 12 months.
His response:--

Sorry for the delay in responding.

We anticipate there will be a requirement to acquire some additional financing for Working Capital (Corporate G&A, exploration, Ghanaian VAT, etc.) depending on the level of Project debt that the Company decides to raise……the amount and timing will be dependent on how aggressive we feel we need to be in developing our exploration projects and the terms of the debt facility, however, I would anticipate that the need for additional capital would be during the next 12 months.

The alternative forms of capital are recognised, which will be used is still to be determined. The Company has had a number of options offered to it, all of are to be evaluated before any decision is made and it is by no means certain that a further equity capital raising will be undertaken as we are mindful of the dilution to shareholders and the weakness of the current market.
