I think Heron is cheap anywhere to 90c at this point. It's got excellent exposure to laterite-nickel, sulphide-nickel, iron ore (via Echelon), gold (proposed Regent IPO) and even uranium (in WA, NT and QLD-see March '05 quarterly). Probably the only thing is hasn't done so well of late is make institutions and investors aware of all this!
Regarding the laterite-nickel technology, FYI there is some recent solid proof of its continued acceptance is in BHP's announcement on 26/9/05 and HIG's announcement of 27/9/05 on its Ramu Project. I've no doubt the Kal Nickel Project will be developed, though I think it will more likely be by BHP.
