""Well I have a QLD - real Estate licence ""

    Oh no, AKA.

You shouldn't have told us that. LOL... :-) :-)

Now, I'll tell you all something else.

I rang the company HQ in Perth and I ended up talking to someone which told me that Tony and the new CEO (Brett Clark), are still overseas and uncontactable. The Chairman was not available as well,... of course...

Well, I thought to myself those two have been away overseas for quite a long time now, GOD ONLY KNOWS AS TO WHERE THEY WENT AND HAVE BEEN DURING THAT TIME, but they must be there for a single reason. To raise some much wanted funds.

Now we have been told that the Chinese in HK will not give us any money until some conditions are met first. What are these conditions, and what do they want from us in return for supplying the money.??

Could they be asking for more that Tony and CO. are willing to give.?? Quite possible indeed!! After all it isn't the first time that this has happened considering what WEG and SS&T did to us before. And IMHO, we all know that the Chinese are very good at that, and squeeze the hell out of you for the last drop of blood when they know that you are down on your knees and need them.

It also happens that I do agree with someone else's comment that we may not have paid for the Bond as yet. And we need the money for that to complete our side of the bargain. Don't also forget that that money was going to come from the Chinese, but it didn't.

Could that be the main reason that Tony told WEG where to go because they failed once again to fulfill their side of the bargain.???? Quite possible. And I myself, would have done the same thing if I was in his shoes.

My bet is that, as it is the usual of the Chinese, they are asking for the impossible and our two company representatives (Tony and Brett Clark), are possibly looking at alternatives and/or other sources of funds, elsewhere.

Finally, I might be wrong in what I am saying but, although we have been told that an agreement was in place for Tony to step aside, I believe that WEG had something to say as to when that time was going to come. After all they hold about 20% of the Company, and they could make things hard if they didn't get what they wanted. Especially if they were to call for a Sect. 249D. Just consider what they could do if they were to lodge that Sect. 249D with the usual apathy that applies to the majority of shareholders/investors when they are required to vote on a resolution.?? I'd rather not think aboout it.

As such, no one at this stage of the game will be able to convince me otherwise, and to convince me that Tony would have been so silly to leave something that he worked hard for and founded, at this stage of the game when he is needed most. And, as I am of the belief that I didn't come down with the last shower of rain either, I wish that I could ask this to Tony personally but unfortunately I can't. So, I have no choice but to accept what I have been told.

Chinese,....IMHO, yes they are very nice people, but totally different kettle of fish where business and money become involved. DYOR!!!

Me personally I would love for Tony to raise the funds we need elsewhere and tell them where to go. But.....Only time will tell if that was achievable.

    Good luck all.
