Hmmm... I read the latest 'construct' as that of Colin Powell delivering the latest 'evidence' to the UN next week as a move to create in the minds of the world at large the idea that evidence of 'non-compliance' exists but the world will not get to see this (?) ...
Hence, a smart way to screw the UN and make it look as thought the UN hasn't the balls to back it's resolutions ... 70/30 has it the UN won't OK a military option.
This will get the US off the hook for the impending uni-lateral action ...
