Ecstasy seized in Perth averages about 15% purity. There's an awful lot of rubbish in it. As a comparison, London averages about 75% pure.
The problem with the coroners findings is this.. Instead of saying that pure ecstasy in low doses is relatively harmless in the short term but the pills contained virtually no ecstasy and it was the other rubbish that caused the problem, he spreads the usual misinformation in an effort to scare the kids. Can you imagine the coroner blaming the pill maker and saying he should have supplied pure ecstasy.? Not going to happen and the kids are still going to buy what is available.
Perth kids don't even know what ecstasy does to them because they've never had it.
My heart goes out to the family but the young lady panicked and swallowed three pills of dubious origin.
