Early I have walked up Queens Hill, talked to the locals
There is nothing interesting about the bush around Zeehan and even heading to the coast, The mothballed Avebury nickel mine was constructed not far from Zeehan just before the GFC
So one would say that although environmental issues are always problematic in Tassie, the risk here is minimal especially as the locals want the mine to happen and the GSM count in Zeehan is Zero, (greenies per square Kilometre)
