DrDarry, you appear to disagree with the court ruling of Deputy Registrar Harman that Tell posted on the 2nd of Feb? Do you have some sort of insight or knowledge that we don’t have?
There seems to be no mention of Royalty Provisions in the Quarterly Reports and I can’t see anything referring to legal expenses either. So how much is owed then?
I agree with Kerryo. I think there should be some sort of announcement to clear this matter up.
