re: Ann: PMI Announces Interim Order For Merg... Stu, I doubt the company would even think about raising capital at these low prices, anyway. Maybe the sellers- and this is a thinly traded share- are just sending a message about their disappointment of the merger not going through. The suitor could always just up the offer, still (I think- haven't checked out takeover laws re this).
