Are you sserious, VGM have nothing like 23 million cash, and they could easily hit the wall.
IMO administration could be the next step for this mob.
Take a look at the last progress report.
There are so many uncertainties regarding projects and this could lead to some serious issues.
Talking 1.3 cents being cheap is crazy IMO.
