groundzero, It does seem to make sense to move ahead and sort out whatever problem there seem to be as they arise rather than stop everything in its tracks as chuck seems so desperate to do for some reason.
I would imagine that this will turn out to be largely a storm in chucks teacup rather than something that most Australians will find either worrying in any way, or to have any practical or significan effects on their daily lives.
Of course if you are a terrorist planning an attack on our communities or involved with terrorists and their homicidal plans, then you probably find that this is something you would be rather desperate to stop.
