re: Ann: Elemental appoints CF&Co as Strategi... Once again a company what cost a lot of money for nothing.
They will not find a joint enture partner, because it is much cheaper for a partner to buy ELM complete.
ELM have a NPV of 2.9 Billion, but the joint venture partner can buy it for 80 Million. Why make a joint venture and have only 50%.
If we would have strong support of the big shareholders, they would bring the marketcap to 500 Million, then ELM have a good position to talk with a joint venture partner, otherwise ELM will dry out.
This management is for us small shareholders a joke, because they not handle in our name and not for our shareholdervalue.
