Well, there were questions about cash burn and finance back then. Theories the stock was being seriously manipulated are present too.
Until relatively recently, we have had years of plans and predictions of sales and milestones, that often haven't materialized, causing some, at least on this board, to doubt PB's credibility.
A lot has happened since then.
I do think the SP may drift back after maybe an initial rise today. The announcement showed good progress, but the Linc SP is very good at increasing on hyped news, then falling back. It is firm real deals and oil that we really need, not just milestones of exploration.
Just me personal, uneducated, long term opinion.
