Mose - my comment about it being a positive is that from today, there should only be one way this M&DC case will go, and that's forward.

Time will tell if we needed more documents to help our case. Pessimists will say that we do, and that today's failed appeal will hurt us. The optimists will re-read J Mansfields comments a while back in a judgement released (can't remember which one - someone on here will), where he was of the view that what we already had access to was sufficent to continue with the M&DC case (without taking sides).

Every poster on here has invested their hard-earned in this stock, and yes, some a lot longer than others (so I'm often reminded), and to varying amounts. Fact is that regardless of how long ago you invested, and how much you invested is an individual thing, and shouldn't mean that long termers who are needing a $2 SP to breakeven are more worthy than someone who invested last week at 18c. No one should dictate who is the more important investor.

We are all hurting with the AGS SP as low as it is, and it doesn't help when we read the constant negative rants that will achieve nothing. If an investor doesn't like what is happening, there is always the option of pressing the "sell" button, cut your losses, and reinvest what's left in to something that will make you happy.
