Do not be surprised to see a further 6 mth extension application on SC55 from BHPP to take them out to Feb 2014, the date they originally applied for on the last extension.
Will the DOE take it off them...I don't think so. BHPP can definitely afford to drill.
Pines Gov. want energy reserves...how long would it take to find another JVP to take their place and do their own drill (and this probably applies to SC59 as well)?
BHPP will stay, imo.
