in a conversation with ig he stated that the bb were not intrested in any conversation with him so how do u think that is, and also the 25% that we have now is worth more than the shareprice reflects so in the end if all these legals do not achieve the 100% return as what ig wants, are we going to be in the same position or is that a deal may be done,but the bb have time on their side and do they wear us down as how much has the legals cost us so far, and there is staff being paid and living on intrest can only take u so far,and also 1mill to drill,

it all may sound good in getting the 100% back but as i say it will take a brave judge to hand that decision down,we are now 3.5years into these legals and nowhere near the end as yet only at the begining so what do the crystal ball says,and we can only hope that sj makes a announcement like kdr did and heck with 4mile
