The judgement defined the relationships between all parties. JV partners, principals, sub agents,... whatever. Now we know where we stand on this issue. It needed to be clarified.

The carte blanche is interesting but once again it states what the situation has been and is until a new agreement comes about if it does at all.

The $50,000 reference was interesting. What was that for? Thought we were free carried anyway.

Para 42 and 43. How did this occur? Not management's fault. I wonder what the AGS Board think about this?

Disclosure: I am in AGS to reap the benefits of a resolution. If AGS end up with more than 25% of Four Mile then it's a bonus for me. We are getting closer to a resolution so therefore I am pumped.
