1.34 b shares on issue

This stock has massive number of issued shares. SIR - 192 million, vor 1.34 billion shares. newer companies like kdr have only 86 mil. Would be interested to know how many shares were at issue back in early 2011. IMO this is the biggeest issue holding this stock back. Also the assay resluts and when/if (knowing this companies past record) they come out and the results they give. VOR has got a new team together and this year seems better to date then last year, i give them credit to that. But that dilution - 1.34 billion is why the sp is low and not moving anywhere unless great results or a big name comes along and backs KM. They also have two other projects on the go in mongolia and no progress since 2011 on them either? they really need to get some extra funding IMO. DYOR best of luck to all
