I would suggest that the location of the presentation (USA) indicates that the Company is still looking for another partner to help it fund the next drill. The alternative is to go back to its shareholders and quite frankly they've been bled dry: I doubt there'd be much more forthcoming from another cash raising.
Hopefully, with confidence rising, there'll be a cash injection before PTR runs out of options. Beach is flush with cash from its recent sale of oil shale rights so they could come in to protect their investment if all else fails but there's no indication of this.
I'm not optimistic but I would like to get at least some of my money back so its nice to see that someone (saltocan) thinks the future has a silver lining!
