No disagreement with the points you raise. Under normal and ethical business arrangements the JVA could most likely have returned us a fair return based on purely percentage terms of our share of the resource.

The issue of our case is that Heathgate/Quasar have not acted in an ethical and equitable manner under the JVA and its terms.

As you say AGS stupidly / virtually signed away all our rights under the makeup of the JVA .

Our only hope is we can prove we were mislead/ripped off within the terms of our " Marriage "
