Redlight, you make a good point. Most Australians, accustomed to a small number of large cities, have difficulty understanding the sheer number of US cities and towns, most having a high degree of independence of action. The conventional cutoff figure used in estimating the market is (I understand) a population of 25K. Yet we have seen a number of sales by RDF into cities much smaller than that. So the real market may well be even greater than the figure of 2500 which has been bandied about. On this basis, current market penetration is around 5%, which leaves plenty of room for growth. As you said, if RDF can maintain anywhere near their current market share, (and, at the moment, it seems to be holding) the next couple of years will be very exciting.
