Our current test "team" is no team at all.I was told recently that the side is operating under an "every man for himself culture" . This was first hand info. There is no sight of any unity or real mateship. This has been created from top down and grown like a disease with capt prat leading the way. Now it's starting to become obvious to the general cricketing public and you dont need to be a counsellor of any regard to realise teams dont perform well in this type of environment. And more today..... squad travels together as one, except one member, anyone guess who? And on it goes. To be fair, nobody apparently works harder than the skipper or is possibly as committed as him , thats commendable and he deserves his success, but what he needs to accept is that he cant make everyone else be the same as him. If he ever realises that managing human beings is a little more complex than managing his kitbag , he might just see things turn around.
