BHP cannot get a rig. oel working closely with Gov.
if bhp cannot get rig ( assuming they are trying) then not too many others would have success either - so extension most likely.
deep water rigs in asia on long term contracts - -previous rig was defective. - mobilisation from other sources unlikely for just one hole - both for BHP costly and contractor spending weeks towing back and forth and not drilling.
i expect now another delay - but what is going to change in order to get a suitable rig even after another delay???
get ensign to fix BOP and get them back!!!
