    Mate you did'nt expect a decision today did you?

    The judges have to take time to consider the evidence......

    Anyway, the decision goes against BTU, it will add about $2:50 per tonne to the FOB costs....negligable to the overall scheme of things.....

    Coking coal will have minimal impact compared to thermal coal...
