Yes, I'm expecting to see the Philippines government grant an extension. They really want to see this project go ahead and to start over again with another operator from scratch would just set them back to square one, delaying any energy supply from this project - maybe by years.
Can't see that happening. Would be cutting off their nose to spite their face. So an extension seems most likely at this point. Not sure when it will happen. Expect a share price bounce if/when it does.
