MD - this is no doubt part of the argument. Did H/Q tell us there was 10m lb there, but had documentation to say that there was 40m lb? These are the sort of questions that the judge will have to decide, and we must hope that we have got the evidence to show that we were mislead.

While the appeal decision went against us, we just have to believe in our management/board, as hard as that will be for some posters. What other option do we have?
