Out of interest, why is it that the shorters don't run out of stock to short?
Is this where 'dark pools' come into play whereby they effectively sell the shorted shares to themselves (and hence never run out of shares to sell?).
This has been going on for 5 or 6 months now, I would've thought this could not be maintained for such a long period without breaking.
Furthermore, why would they be shorting with the intention to make it back in any future raising? Who's to say they would even be invited to the raising? Eric would be fully aware who is doing this to the share price and he wouldn't want to be doing business with a company such as that. Seems like a rather huge roll of the dice to pin your hopes on being chosen by Buru as a 'sophisticated investor'.
Just a bit confused/deluded as to WHY the shorting continues.
