smartOZZY NTA & Allotment Notice
The manager of the smartOZZY advises that as at close of business on 14 March
2013 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 13 March 2013.
The total number of units on issue on that day was 24,131,785.
Please note Basket applications and redemptions will be unavaliable from
Friday 15 March 2013 to Tuesday 26 March 2013. Basket applications and
redemptions will resume on Wednesday 27 March.
The asset backing for each smartOZZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 14
March 2013 was $4.01510 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability).
Unitholders can invest or surrender Smartshares Units in the form of baskets
for holdings in multiples of:
- 500,000 units for smartTENZ
- 200,000 units for smartFONZ & smartMIDZ
- 150,000 units for smartMOZY & smartOZZY
smartOZZY Basket Composition
Composition of a basket of securities and cash equivalent to 150,000 NZX
Australian 20 Leaders Index Fund units effective from 15 March 2013.
The new basket composition applies to applications and withdrawals.
