The following is a headline from the AFR Sept 2011.

'Brockman Resources MD Wayne Richards is set to walk away from the iron ore company with almost $14 million in cash and shares following his resignation on Monday.'

With a market cap of just $17m and a very large chunk of the company owned by the top 20, let's hope he's real excited about prospects and starts buying on market (although with the news flows I expect from NSL following the deal with Vijay, he may find it difficult to find a window for purchases).

Of course, shares and options will come his way anyway as they do with all listed companies these days.
