Hmnn so now they are seeking $24m - do they need to do a journal entry prior to 31st of December ? maybe the $20m wasnt paid or WEG are laying claim to half of it ?

The above statement is very strange what do current negotions have to do with the financials from 1/7/12 - 31/12/12 ? is possible the auditor wont sign off as they were technically insolvent ? that is a hypothetical question not an implied statement.
