Robert, we agree! As I said, test or and initial IP flow rate data "are less reliable to oilers than the 30-day averages and later trend numbers".
And thanks for further detail on TXN's 3-hour test. That really is unusual, to my knowledge. My reading of many production reports is that oilers routinely open the choke initially and 24-hour or peak IPs are usually with open chokes. Further reason for focusing on 30-day and longer results, but also doesn't suggest TXN is trying to impress. In fact, unlike SEA's reports, TXN routinely reported 30-day and even longer results.
