It has been quite a while since I have seen mention of Armstrong and PEI.
I vaguely remember the story and after a bit of a search I find that it seems he is still in jail after all these years.
Do you have a link to any sites that deal with more than the collapse of his operation in Japan and subsequent jailing on a variety of charges?
