    Guys, before you call for an EGM, probably best to agree on your objectives and make an agenda.

    Much better than simply "having it out" with management.

    What do you want to get out of this EGM?


    Board change?
    Who are your candidates?
    Can you get the numbers to vote them in?

    What do you hope to be the effect of getting them nominated?
