wrxsti: yes significant upside if merger goes ahead. Can't remember details but at 15c share price, forward PE for the merged entity is about 2.5 times on projected pretax profit of $7.2m ($5.04m after tax say 30% tax rate). CII should quickly double its current share price on news of favorable judgement. Yet the uncertainty is holding it back atm. Downside risk quite limited imo with net asset per share of 15c.
