James I am not suggesting any such thing I am just saying the market current values CDU at $700m market captilisation a few months AGO it was close to a billion Dollars thats is direct comparison to AOH who have a similar JORC resource as CDU yet only has a Market Cap of $120m

The market is clearly agreeing with you that CDU does in fact have more copper than the JORC states. My point is without a DFS we dont know if the current discrepancy of some 500% market premium given to CDU over AOH which has current income producing mine in Finland I might add is the correct premium.

After CDU goes mining will will find out if that 500% premium is about right , to much $$ or to little $$$, Nevs thesis on the stockmarket is a separate issue = Shorting algo trading dark pools etc are happening to the other 3 stocks added to Nevs report have nothing to with CDU,S JORC or their reluctance to issue a DFS - except for the factthe companies reluctance to supply that information is possibly making CDU a more attractive short sell target.
