Great racing at Honkers today guys with the Queens Silver Jubilee Cup with another interesting battle between Glorious Days, Ambitious Dragon and Lucky Nine or will Time after Time surprise?


Also the Derby with exciting Akeed Mofeed or can he be beaten by an up and comer like Rainbow Chic or Mizani?

early i like:

Race 1: Lucky Chevalier has let me down numerous times but with drop in grade and Whyte on board should be in the mix.I give Backstreet Fighter and Happy Kaiser chances at odds.

Race 2:Mr Gnocci is up and comer, imo, 3rd race start and dropped 20lbs body weight but has wide barrier. Heartland has cost me money but after being 3 wide without cover last start barrier 1 will benefit it and Whyte is on board.

Race 3: The Fast Lane has been very consistant but sees him creep into grade 3 and can struggle to place this grade but may be a chance.

Race 4: Burgundy Mac is another who cost me money but always runs on and likes the 2000m and with feather weight on his back should be thereabouts, imo. Follow The wind can be costly to follow and is drawn wide but Whyte on board gives it a chance.Activism is an unplaced maiden but comes into the mix with good last start effort and increase in distance should benefit but Chadwick staying on Bullish Power probably brings that horse into the mix also

Race 5 Roman Soldier dissapointed last start but has only had 3 starts and Whyte sticks so willing to forgive.

Race 6 Sharma Feeling has dissapointed this season but is approaching a rating that should make him competetive. Jun Ju is a maiden that hasn't handled the 1600 and 1650 last two starts but back to 1400 could be value, imo. Medic Kingdom could be ready to improve.
